Target Village - Bert the Policeman's House in Bedford Falls

Bert the Cop lives next door to George Baily. We wouldn't know this if it weren't for an error. During the opening prayer scene in which the camera pulls away from the street in front of the Granville House, we see Bert run out of his home, next to the Granville house.

The side of the building reads: "Bert the cop knew just about everyone in Bedford Falls, and everyone knew him. There wasn't much crime to fight - a broken window, an occasional lost dog, but the people of Bedford Falls loved and resected Bert. He and his family lived in this modest home right in town so he would always be available when needed."

Target Village - Barber Shop

My box for the barber shop got water damage when it was being stored next to a hot water heater that burst and got my collection wet. I refused to throw it away. The building itself was undamaged.

The description of the barber shop reads as follows: "Always a jovial place to be, George Bailey never misses his monthly trip to the Barber Shop. As a matter of fact, he often stopped at noon, or after work just to catch up on the local 'news.' Even better than the telephone company or the newspaper, the barber shop was always the first place to hear the latest Bedford Falls stories.

Target Village - The Bedford Falls Trust and Savings

This is where Uncle Billy loses the $8,000 which sends George Bailey into a tailspin and Heaven and the townspeople into action. The front right window is Potter's office.

The box reads: "One of the world's most beloved Christmas movies, 'It's a Wonderful Life' is the heart-warming story of George Bailey, a man who is rescued from the brink of despair by his guardian angel. The side of the box describing the Trust and Savings reads: "The town bank is owned and operated by the wealthy and powerful Mr. Potter. If he had is way he'd like to grow his little  financial empire to include the whole of Bedford Falls, including the Bailey Bros. Building & Loan."
