Target Village - The Bailey Bros. Building & Loan of Bedford Falls

This building features both The Anderson's Department Store on the bottom floor and the Bailey Bros. Building & Loan on the second floor.

This box was also damaged by a leaking hot water heater.

The side of the box reads, "Founded by George Bailey's father, the Bailey Bros. Building & Loan was the force behind Bailey Park, a small housing development that made it possible for residents of Bedford Falls to afford decent housing. Although the Building and Loan is on the edge of ruin, (illegible)."
